They describe the industry as very big. By the end of 2019, the influencers marketing industry was worth some $8 billion a year. One recent report by Insider Intelligence predicted that it would grow to $15 billion globally by the end of 2022

Receiving hate comments if you do not fit in the life of a typical influencer that viewers are used to seeing.

8) What is YOUR opinion on influencers? Are they a positive or negative influence on our society and culture? Why?

Influencers can be both negative and positive.In certain situations they can use their influence to spread positivity and fight against social media standards.However in other cases most influencers feed into this standards even if it's unrealistic in order to make money.
