Preferred Reading :The consumer might find it delicious because of the close up giving us a better look at it.The melted cheese and the juicy meat might attract the eyes of the consumer and make them hungry.Therefor they might be tempted to try it and would like to buy it
Op positional Reading :The consumer might be vegetarian and would not like to eat it because of the meat.Some other consumer might dislike meat or doesn't like cheese or lettuce with their big Mac.
Negotiation Reading :Some consumers may be tempted by The delicious looking big Mac however they would not like to try it depending on their culture factors or their religion.This is because if the consumer is Muslim they might wonder if the meat is halal or not.
